Best ways to avoid chemicals in food is to eat unprocessed foods. Eat whole, natural and raw foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts, etc. Avoid fast food and packaged snack foods when you can. If you need to buy a packaged meal or a quick snack on the go try to pick foods with the shortest ingredients lists. Read through the ingredients and try to identify each ingredient, the more you can identify, the better. Like everything, these additives are ok in moderation, but it’s best to avoid them when possible.
